My name is Dan Turner and I am an HR Investigator. I have extensive experience in investigations from 15 years in the police, with the last 6 years being a detective where I have developed excellent report writing and interviewing techniques.
In 2023 I wanted to expand my investigative knowledge and made the decision to move into HR investigations, where for the past year I have been conducting investigations within the care sector, having completed over 30 high quality investigations.
I have completed ACAS training, and I am fully versed in best practice as per the ACAS guidelines. My investigations are approached with an open mind, are fair, completely impartial and efficient, adopting the type of investigative process that helps to ensure your business continues to run smoothly with minimal impact.
